Message from the Sharon Lincoln,
Kingsley Home Manager
Hello and welcome to Kingsley Care Home!
My name is Sharon and I am the Manager of Kingsley Care Home. I am a Qualified Nurse and registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
I have practiced in wards, community and care-homes. Furthermore, I was employed by a UK based company as their Regional Nurse Facilitator for overseas Nurses. This involved Nurse training, allocations to Care Homes and post training support on shift.
I place importance on quality assurance and compliance. I lead a team of qualified nursing staff and experienced care staff with high standards in order to deliver person centred care to all individuals in our care. Our team also include an Administrator, Maintenance Technician, Housekeeping and Kitchen staff. I joined Kingsley Care Home soon after the opening and look forward to be involved in its growth and successful, with our very valuable team.
I am family orientated and have 3 children and a grandson. I live locally and like to consider myself a friendly considerate member of the community.
