About Jasmine Court
Jasmine Court is located beside the canal, in the historical town of Chorley, well known for its mining and cotton mill industries. It is situated close to local shops and amenities with close links to the local community.
The spacious and modern purpose-built home is located over three floors with 62 beautifully decorated ensuite rooms. Residents have a variety of lounge and dining spaces to enjoy the day as well as landscaped gardens and terrace areas during warmer months. The home offers a salon for pampering treatments, activity area and café for residents to enjoy afternoon tea.
The home offers residential, dementia, palliative and respite care, taking account the individual needs of each resident and tailoring care accordingly.
The dedicated team of staff are passionate about their roles and organise a wide variety of events and activities both inside and outside the community to encourage residents to live fulfilled and joyous lives at Jasmine Court.

My name is Jeanette and I have over 25 years’ experience within the health care industry, and over a decade of managing care homes.
I hold my Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management amongst an array of extensive training qualifications. I am committed to ensuring that every individual receives the highest level of personalised care, whilst optimising choice, independence and rights. I have a passion for high quality care and improving the lives of others.
