Hello and welcome to Haslingden Hall Care Home!
My name is Jo-Ann and I have worked in health and social care for 20 years.
I am a dedicated and talented professional, with suitable qualifications, skills and experience to act as the Registered Manager for a large residential care home. I have far-reaching knowledge of care standards, health and safety, MCA and safeguarding legislation. I can effectively lead, train, supervise and motivate a team as well as carry out placement assessments and risk assessments for individual service user’s needs and ensure these needs are met by the staff team.
I have extensive experience of working with vulnerable adults and people with special needs, including mental and physical disabilities.
