Testimonials

“After having viewed several other residential care homes in the locality - we knew right away that my mother's needs would be met here. The staff were extremely patient and understanding of our situation and provided excellent explanations to our questions. They tolerated quite a few visits from us prior to Mum being admitted. All members of staff we have encountered are very attentive to Mum and her family. Mum has said that she feels she is allowed to be herself which is what we would want. In the short time Mum has been there she has made use of the hairdressing facilities, enjoyed the musical activities and has attended the church services. She has even enjoyed a trip to the theatre. All these things were on Mum's wish list for a new home. In my opinion staff are committed and dedicated to providing excellence in all that they do. Everyone contributes to the care of my mum.The decor and cleanliness is superb and the signage useful. A truly welcome home from home.”
