At Andrew Cohen House, residents enjoyed a gentle morning of armchair exercises with hoops and music. Liberton Brae brought plenty of laughter with a high-energy session of armchair hockey and catch, proving that staying active can also be social and uplifting.
Music has played a central role in starting the year on a positive note. At Haslingden Hall, residents took part in the much-loved Sing and Smile class, and Carnbroe Care Centre enjoyed an afternoon of singing and dancing along to favourite tunes with John Davidson. At The Glen, the celebrations continued with a Sunday afternoon of hoopla, followed by a lively New Year’s Eve party.
At Carnbroe Care Centre, residents enjoyed manicures and hand massages to unwind, followed by beautiful flower arranging.
At Carnbroe Care Centre and Haslingden Hall, the New Year was welcomed with a celebration, complete with hot chocolate, sweets, a traditional sing-along, and a shared lunch toast to a happy and healthy year ahead.
