Haslingden Hall Care Home Raises Funds for Wigan and Leigh Deaf Children’s Society.
We are delighted to share a heart-warming achievement from Haslingden Hall Care Home in Rossendale. With an incredible team, residents’ families, and the wider community, they proudly raised £2,160 for the Wigan and Leigh Deaf Children’s Society, a charity committed to supporting deaf children and their families.
To honour this meaningful cause, members of our staff took on the inspiring challenge of climbing Pendle Hill. Although Pendle Hill falls just 80 feet short of being officially recognised as a mountain, the climb was far from easy. The journey became a powerful and symbolic reminder of the strength, resilience, and community spirit.
